- Scanned engine control module and found codes P0037 for bank 1 sensor 2 heater circuit short to ground P0455 evap system large leak. P2181 cooling system malfunction. Recorded codes, cleared module fault data and began testing Oxygen sensor. Found sensor connector does not hold together on drag test, does not click and lock in place. Tested heater circuit and found ok. Tested sensor heater resistance and sensor heater shorted to ground. Found aftermarket sensors for this position are incorrect. Monitored live data from engine coolant temperature sensor during warm up and found it took 22 minutes to reach operating temperature, Recommend replace thermostat. Tested vapor purge for vacuum leak and found ok. Smoke tested evap system and found no leak. Operated leak detection pump with scan tool and found pump makes no vacuum. Recommend repace leak detection pump.

- Install current engine control software and security immobilizer software.
