Removed door trim and attached power probe with back probe pin to power wire at lock switch. found 4.4 volts unloaded .when locking the voltage goes to 2.1 volts and works consistently so the switch provides resistance. When unlocking the voltage is not changing. Squeezing the switch hard makes it actuate and voltage goes to zero. When ground is applied the circuit works consistently. Recommend replace door lock switch.

Before service the discharge pressure is at 200psi which is very high considering ambient temp is 50 degrees. Suction side pressure is ok at 30 psi and center vent temperature is 40 degrees which is an excellent target temperature. Customer states performance is poor. With excessive high side pressure the failure is likely occurring at much higher ambient temperature causing the discharge pressure to increase to a point that the evaporator cant function. Recommend replace expansion valve to regain control of discharge pressure.
